When you call, you simply have to give our Charter Flight Coordinators four pieces of information:
– Travel destination
– Travel dates
– The number of people traveling
– Any special requirements
We will then handle every detail for you, from ground transportation to any catering need.
On the day of your flight, you will go to the airport FBO where your pilot will meet you as you arrive for a brief overview of the flight and destination. Minutes after you check-in, you will be escorted to the aircraft for seating and immediate takeoff. Once seated in the comfortable pressurized cabin, you can relax with a beverage, make the most of your time by preparing for your upcoming meeting, or simply enjoy the ride.
